**Qualifications and Skills:**

- An associate’s degree in legal studies, law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a legal setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in a legal assistant role or similar position is an advantage.
- Certification from a recognized legal assistant or paralegal program.
